SOAWAMP 0.1 Release

We're pleased to announce the SOAWAMP 0.1 release. This release packs WSF/PHP 1.2.0 with The Uniform Server 3.5. Goal of SOAWAMP is to provide users the ability to take advantage of a rich WS-* and REST framework out of the box.
